Brookings Register | Three suspects arrested in alleged ‘Orbeez challenge’ assault

BROOKINGS – Brookings Police have arrested three males who had been allegedly concerned in what’s referred to as the “Orbeez challenge,” a TikTok problem that authorities say is supposed to simulate a drive-by taking pictures.

Arrested Thursday morning had been Kamryon Dutton McWilliams, Dvarris Cotton and David Kudel, in keeping with courtroom paperwork. The males, all 18 years previous and all from Brookings, are every going through three counts of aggravated assault, three counts of terrorist menace, and three counts of disorderly conduct.
