Man cited after unintentionally firing gun into neighbor’s house

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police cited a person final week after he unintentionally fired his gun whereas engaged on the weapon in his house.

Officers have been known as to an house constructing within the 600 block of Bear Claw Way round 4:30 p.m. Thursday after a person reported listening to a loud bang that he believed was a gunshot. The caller additionally mentioned he discovered a bullet in his lounge.

When officers searched the caller’s house, they discovered a bullet gap in one of many partitions.
