Alice was born in Leadville, Colo., on June 24, 1941, to Delmar J. Brock and Cora LaVergn Hibbs. The silver thread and golden bowl holding her to this earth had been damaged on Jan. 28. She was completely dedicated to her household and Christ Jesus. She liked deeply and with abandon.
Alice labored as comfort retailer clerk for a few years. She by no means met a stranger, all who met her had been immediately drawn to her sort and loving spirit.
Above all, she loved love and laughter with household and mates. She lived her life by the guarantees of God.
She was preceded in demise by her loving husband, Kenneth W. Esser, each her father and mom, brother, Joseph Estes and sister, Linda L. Webb.
She is survived by daughters, Theresa (Cliff) Edwards of Monte Vista, Rebecca (Bill) Kolb of Monte Vista, and Anna White of Del Norte, honorary daughter, Mary (Donn) Vigil of Monte Vista, in addition to grandchildren, Shannon Hensley, Shelby Richardson, Helen Ross, Kate Larsen, Linda Kolb, and Alice Nye, and honorary grandson, Kris Vigil. She can also be survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, in addition to sisters, Helen Wetmore of Montrose, Colo., and Roxanne Norvell of Tenn.
2 Timothy 4:7-8 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day and not only to me but also to all who have loved His appearing.”
