Since the pandemic began, more people than ever have turned to jigsaw puzzles as a way of relaxing. The health benefits have been scientifically proven – they improve your memory and visual-spatial reasoning, reduce stress and may even help you live longer – and, aesthetically, the puzzles themselves have come a long way.
