Notice of Choice Assembly: Official Plan Amendment No. 79


The City is recommending a secondary plan that helps the event of a vibrant, city Clair-Maltby group designed to respect the Natural Heritage System and the Paris-Galt Moraine. Amendment particulars


Purpose and impact of the modification: The objective of Official Plan Amendment No. 79 is to include the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan into the City’s Official Plan. This will likely be performed by deleting the prevailing land use insurance policies and designations that apply to the Clair-Maltby lands, amending schedules, and including a brand new Section to the Official Plan that features the brand new insurance policies, schedules and corresponding definitions for the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan.

Clair-Maltby Master Environmental Servicing Plan: The Secondary Plan is supported by the Master Environmental Servicing Plan (MESP), which presents most popular options to supply water, wastewater, stormwater and mobility companies to the secondary plan space.
