Where is Xur? Destiny 2’s most-searched-for vendor will be back today, with the search scheduled to begin this evening.
Fans will want to know what exotics he’s bringing back in his role as Agent of the Nine and what rolls he might produce.
All the biggest news will be revealed when Xur is back, and Guardians have tracked him down to his latest Destiny 2 location for July 15.
Where Is Xur In Destiny 2 Today?
Destiny 2 gamers will need to check the likes of The Tower, The EDZ and Nessus to discover where Xur is today. For those who have started the search early, the merchant won’t be back in the game until after 6pm BST. Luckily for us, he can only spawn in a few locations, making it easy to track him down.
Soon after his return, Guardians will be sharing his latest exotics collection, as well as whatever new Legendary gear he has brought back. Xur will return with several new and familiar exotics, but the big question will be how good the rolls are, and if it’s worth spending your time snapping up and adding to your collection.
Xur will be back in the game from July 15 until the weekly reset on July 19, and Bungie has some big plans for what happens next.
Last week, Xur was selling these exotics: The Wormhusk Crown Hunter Helmet, The Queenbreaker Heavy Linear Fusion Rifle, The Hawkmoon Kinetic Hand Cannon, The Dead Man’s Tale, The Stronghold Titan Gauntlets, and Felwinter’s Helm.
As usual, Xur will only be in the game for a limited time, and there are now no ways to keep him trapped in old instances. That means you will want to check out his latest wares before he disappears during the next weekly reset, scheduled to occur on July 19.
The weekly reset will be a little different this week, as the Destiny Summer event will be replacing Xur and the other usual activities. A message from Bungie explains: “Expect new summer festival-inspired decorations in the Tower, a major revamp to the Solstice EAZ activity and a brand-new armour upgrading experience. Additionally, we’re debuting the first Event Card, a new way to engage in our events. Here is a quick reminder summary of the Event Card.”
